Ephesians 4:11-13Believers who invest their hearts, time, families, and finances in the building of a local church deserve to have confidence in church leadership. People are looking for leaders who conduct themselves with integrity and respect when making decisions that affect their lives.
The Pastoral staff team is led by the Senior Pastor. This team oversees the day-to-day ministry and operations of the church. The Pastoral Staff serve the congregation and are responsible for the development of the spiritual life of the church.
The Trustees are members of the congregation appointed by the Senior Pastor to oversee the finances and direct the provision of the facilities needed by the church. The Overseers serve as Apostolic Elders providing spiritual protection.

End Time Ministries (ETM) was founded by Reverend Al Horta in 1985. As the Founder and President of End Time Ministries Inc., a non-denominational charismatic full Gospel traveling ministry, he devoted his life to teaching and preaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Dr. Horta also served with 14 years of pastoral experience and strongly believed in the importance of the local church’s edification. Reverend Horta went to be with the Father in 2025, but his legacy continues through the ministry he established.
