What is the Vision Team?

The Vision Team is designed to help you use your gifts and passions to make a difference here at MLCC and in your community. Each team makes an eternal impact. Are you ready to take your next step and join the Vision Team? Join us for Growth Track at your local campus.

Why Become A Visionary?

We believe God has a place for every person in ministry and a purpose in life to make a difference. You find out your Spiritual Gifts and Purpose in Step Three. Requirements

No experience is necessary for most roles! We are looking for individuals with a passion to learn and a heart to serve. We provide all the hands-on training you need to feel confident and make an impact.

Areas To Serve

Hospitality Ministry

Host Teams are an essential part of church life and make MLCC feel like home to every person who walks through our doors. God uses Host Teams to set the stage to reach more people and change lives.

Ushers*

The Usher Team provides a positive worship experience by assisting guests with seating, facilitating tithes/offering, and helping to secure a distraction-free worship.

Cafe

The Cafe Team provides a free cup of hot coffee with a loving smile on the side in our cafe in the lobby. We believe some of the best conversations happen over coffee!

Connect

The Connect Team helps guests identify their next steps by providing resources and information about the church, weekend services, LIFE Groups, Baptism, Growth Track, and events.

Greeting

The Greeting Team creates a positive first impression by welcoming, greeting, and encouraging each guest as they enter and exit the Church.

Metrics*

Our team measures growth to help with expansion by counting the weekly tithes, offerings and other vital metrics.

Parking

The Parking Team gives guests a positive first and last impression as they arrive and exit by providing clear direction for a safe and efficient parking experience.

Safety/Security*

The Safety Team ensures the safety of everyone at MLCC by monitoring the Church visually and assisting with any medical needs. (Must have prior security, medical, fire, or law enforcement experience).

MLCC Kids

MLCC Kids helps children build a biblical foundation for their lives through engaging lessons, worship, and fun activities. Age Requirement: 13+ or director’s discretion.*

1st-5th Grade*

This team serves children in these grades, offering them the chance to experience the life-giving message of Jesus through engaging Bible lessons, worship, prayer, and fun, hands-on activities.

Nursery/Preschool Team*

This team serves children ages 1-3 and offers them the opportunity to hear the life-giving message of Jesus through Bible stories, worship, prayer, and hands-on activities.

Worship & Creative

Our Worship & Creative Team is a collective of musicians, worship leaders, designers, and creatives who serve MLCC every week. Age Requirement: 16+ and training or audition needed.*

Photography & Video*

This team captures photos and videos to document the history of MLCC and allow those who have never visited to experience what it’s like to be a part of our family.

Production Team*

The Production Team facilitates a powerful, distraction-free worship experience through the use of lighting, video technology, and audio engineering.

Worship Team*

The Worship Team facilitates a powerful, on-stage worship experience through utilizing the skills of vocalists and instrumentalists.

Community Outreach

These opportunities provide various ways to serve beyond our church walls, focusing on community outreach, global missions, and support. Age Requirement: 14+ and training may be needed.*

Love My City*

Happens the first Saturday of every month, providing free clothes, food, and furniture to those in need.

Providing safe shelter, warm meals, and compassionate guidance to those experiencing homelessness.
